Very quiet and cheerfully sunny, this 90 square meter apartment presents brand new modern furnishings, pursuant to its total renovation in 2006 with great attention to detail. Ideal for a couple looking to relax in the comfort of a home fitted with modern facilities such as air conditioning, an LCD television and a washer-dryer. The day area consists in a double living room, furnished with a large L-shaped couch and a comfortable dining table for 8 and complete with a lovely open plan kitchen, with its modern design and fully equipped with all necessities including a dishwasher.
