In Milan, pets are welcome at some of our properties. Please ask us prior booking. However we require a double damage deposit of €600 and an additional cleaning fee of €120.
In each of our destinations, initial and final cleaning are included in the rental price. Should you need any additional cleaning, this has to be requested prior arrival or onsite and it will be provided with additional costs.
The keys to the apartment will be given on the spot to the guest by Europea's appointee, acting on behalf of the owner, at such location and time as agreed by prior arrangement. Check-ins are regularly done between 3 P.M. and 7 P.M. while check-outs are between 9 A.M. and 12 P.M (noon).
Check-ins prior to 3 P.M. are only possible in apartments without a check-out scheduled for the same day, and need the written approval by the Company.
Upon handing over the keys of the apartment, the company's appointee will also provide the Guest with a form containing a description of the current condition of the apartment and its furniture, equipment and accessories. The Guest agrees to sign the said form, reserving the right to supply in writing any comment or observation.
