Cleanliness & state of the apartment

A cleaning each week and a cleaning at the end of your trip is included in our rate. Our weekly cleanings are mandatory in order to provide you the best service possible during your stay. It is also the best way to keep our résidence clean and tidy.

We thank you in advance for returning the apartment in the same condition you have found at your arrival.

Smoking

This residence is non smoking.

Animals

We love them, but we do not accept them in our residences. Thanks for your understanding. 

Party or commercial event

Any gathering / parties are forbidden in our residences. Any commercial events inside our residences are forbidden

In order to organise the check-in time please do not forget to send us your arrival details. We will provide you with the check-in process a few days before your arrival by email. 

At your check-in, our team may invite you to proceed with the payment of the security deposit. In case of late arrival, a self check in will be also possible.
